SANI-PACKS for GIRLS
In January 2024 we began producing and distributing sani-packs for girls.

Thousands of school-aged girls in Kenya are being taken advantage of in their communities, because of their need for feminine hygiene supplies. Due to the poverty in which they live, they lack even basic items needed to sufficiently manage their menstrual periods (items like underwear, pads, and soap). They miss days of school because of this, which increases their risks of abuse, early pregnancy, and discontinuing school attendance.
Boys and men offer girls feminine hygiene supplies in exchange for sexual favors. Many girls contract sexually transmitted disease/infection, including HIV. Some become pregnant and end up abandoned or cast off by their families. They stop attending school and continue in cycles of poverty and abuse.
Each sani-pack we produce and distribute contains 2 waterproof panty shields, 8 absorbent cloth liners, 2 pairs of panties, a waterproof carrying pouch, soap, a washcloth, petroleum jelly, a menstruation calendar, soap, washcloth, and drawstring cloth carrying bag. All items are washable and the pack lasts about 3 years.
We educate girls and boys - ages 9 and above- on topics such as hygiene and sanitation, ovulation and menstruation, emotional and physical changes in puberty and adolescence, God's love and design in creating females and males, feminine reproductive health, respect for girls and women, self-defense physical techniques, hygiene/sanitation, and how to safely get help when needed.

We distribute in public schools in poverty-stricken areas. Students receive the packs at no cost to them, as they are provided for entirely through donations.
Our sani-packs production is done onsite and creates wage-earning jobs for Kenyan nationals who love God and have a passion for helping girls in need. We recognize the importance of education and protection of girls in vulnerable living situations.
